Cut + Paste Magazine
I began working on this magazine in August of 2025, when my friend Meadow Jozwiack asked me if I’d like to help her with a magazine project. We drafted up a bunch of different names, but Cut + Paste, referencing the Art+Design department’s plus motif, stuck almost immediately. My dad’s magazine, Ville: A Rock and Roll Magazine, was a huge inspiration as well. The goal of our magazine is to feature the art and writing of APSU students, keep people up-to-date on happenings, and to keep the magazine DIY so that we could use it for activism as well.
With that said, our magazine is not owned or operated in any way by Austin Peay State University, and our opinions do not reflect that of the University.
